📦 Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, we accept returns only under specific conditions to ensure product safety and quality:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Returns are accepted only on non-perishable, sealed items (no returns on opened bags or perishable products).
To initiate a return, please email our team at INFO@BUYNUTSINBULK.COM with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility in Colorado, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If your return is rejected due to opened or tampered packaging, we will notify you and no refund will be processed.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

An error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Damaged or defective products upon delivery.
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
